Poor workmanship or parts Six months ago I had dickens plumbing replace an exterior faucet on my home. The original faucet lasted 10 years. Last week I found the same faucet would not stop leaking. I asked Dickens if they would lower the price as little since the faucet failed. They would not considering their trip charge is 100.00. I believe he is totally unreasonable not to warranty a part that's worth 10.00 and is a thread on connector.

Highly recommend Dickens Plumbing. I hit an outdoor main water pipe while mowing. I called Dickens Plumbing who was here within 20 minutes (on a Saturday). He had it fixed within 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I will call Mr. Dickens again.
